Solutions

Expert Solution

A change I would suggest is that the age brackets for reimbursements can be revised wherein the more relaxed versions can be replaced by a more strategically more stricter versions so that the percentage of payouts decreases. This would ensure that people start taking this more seriously wherein the opting in and out of the insurance policy would be much more strategic and in a planned manner. In the recent past we have observed that the company is paid a lot of money in the form of reimbursements which has impacted the budget of the entire financial year hence revising the age bracket is a good decision to follow and implement.
