Effective and efficient team work can lead to a high status success for an organisation.

As being a manager, an individual have proper knowledge of all the employees in his organisation. Manager have knowledge of every strength and weaknesses of his employees.

For putting team together, firstly proper selection of needed team members should be done based upon the relevant task which are going to be provided to that particular team. Employee with proper skills sets have to be chosen by the manager for his team.

Some of the different options for group or team should include their own choice to be the part of the team, their specialisation in work. Options like Flexi hours may be provided to that team members if they have any trouble while working in office. Extra compensation will be provided if any team member do any extra work other than his own assigned work. Sometimes, team can also have to do their work on holidays due to high need of work.Theformed team should have to be present wherever they being called

Some characteristics of teams inside high level of coordination, team should be multi tasking and well disciplined, team should achieve their objectives within given time limit. Team should be able to take each and every responsibilities assigned to them.

Team have to tell all the pros and cons which occur during their work to the manager or respective head. Team have to update their head regularly.

Selection criteria, experience and attitude of should be properly clear before selecting any team.

Everyone in the team should be treated and motivated equally.

For setting up any team, the initial stages of its formation include the proper clarification about the task which is going to be assigned to the team.

The second stage of formation of any team include the proper identification of skills set which is needed for the task and in the team members as well.

The third stage of formation of any team include identification of people with relevant skill sets which is needed for the formation of team.

The last stage inside the selection of team members based upon proper selection criteria. Sometime a sort of any instant exam or any assessment is taken in order to identify the presence of mind of the person and decision making capabilities as well.
