Yes belief, values and assumptions are closely related to nursing.

Values related to nursing:

1. Compassion-being sensitive to the patient and their family is one of the basic value of nursing.

2. Humility -They should be humble to the patients and the family.It is one of the most rewarding carrier path along with it, it provides wealth of medical knowledge.

3. Trustworthiness-it is one of most important value in nursing, your patients and your fellow staff depend on their trust on your confidence ,responsibility to the patient and their needs.

4. Accountability-it emphasizes on the importance of taking ownership of your practice including error in judgement,every mistake. It includes how did you contribute to a problem ,how it can be improved for the next time , thus it ensures that nurse play an active role.

5. Curiosity-a nurse should be always curious in studying new things and knowing about new health conditions and never stop their studies.

Other qualities of nurse are caring respecting the dignity, good communication skills, justice ,passion ,leadership quality, integrity ,Independence ,commitment ,privacy protection ,sympathy, decision making.

Beliefs related to nursing:

Nurse belief-that the patient have the right to make decision on their healthcare,the nurse provides an information that is accurate, relevant to the client's need and they also provide clarifications for the information provided by the other members of Health Care team.

Assumptions related to nursing:

Assumptions are believed to be truth but there is no proof for it. Assumptions in nursing are truth based on values and beliefs. It assumed that perception of people directly effects who their nursing client will be. It is believed that the nursing environment and practices run by the nurse plays an important role in the type of client reporting to them. Another thing is environment is influenced by the client -environment like economy ,politics ,society as well as religion.
