Basically in learning stage, the company first goes through all the facts that every employee should self learn himself. How much they learn that much good ideal things can help the company. The company can learn from the outcome of the results. They are many pros and cons which can occurred in the middle but the competence is essential to be successful at learning stage.

Enterprise architecture is a business architecture that has four approches to design their business process. They are

1.Business Model:

It represents the business views and the relationships among those views,stratergies,products and policies. This offers services to each other and other external entities.

2.Information Model:

It is composed of models that governs which data is collected and how it is stored in data systems or business organisations. Stores all the valuable data and the business information which makes the complete layer to be confidential.

3.Application Model:

It abstractly focuses on the data produced and consumed by the applications rather than the internal structure. It describes the behaviour of applications used in the business. Behaviour tells the interaction with each other applications and with the users.

4.Technology Model:

This offers platform services to the business applications.
