The vital signs are the most important parameters of a healthy human being. Any changes in it can simply indicate that there is some changes in the internal body. It signs or alerts the healthcare professionals about patient status .The temperature, pulse ,respiration, blood pressure and also oxygen saturation cam determine the health status.

For instance alteration in the temperature if increased is a sign of infection and decreased indicates decreased metabolism or is even a sign of death

Similarly when respiratory rate increases the oxygen saturation may decrease due to changes in lung status with any sign of disease .This needs immediate interventions to prevent hypoxia and prevent other major complications

The pulse helps to know the cardiovascular status of an individual .
