ABC Hospital is a small, privately-owned community hospital. It has been struggling to survive financially, as reimbursement rates have declined and consumers are being drawn to the larger state-of-the-art hospital facilities in urban areas that are perceived to have better quality. ABC Hospital was built in 1960 and has been operating in the same manner for many decades. The hospital meets legal and regulatory requirements but has not kept pace with some of the newer technologies and patient conveniences becoming more prevalent in the health care industry.

1.Promote more well informed diagnosis:

An acurate and quick diagnosis is an integral part of better patient care.This can be achieved using modern diagnostic methods which reduces downstream cost due to misdiagnosis.

2.Support optimal treatment planning:

Selecting the right approach for each patient is very essential for a sound patient care.The doctors should be able to provide the patient with the correct treatment plan for his condition with complete sucess rate.

3.Take good care of clinicians :

A supportive environment in the hospital will improve the outcome of care from health care providers.So it is important to create a supportive relation between health care providers.

4.Improve outcome through greater transparency:

To ascertain the success of patient care it should be well explained and transparent in front of the patients about there health condition and treatment plans.This will help to develop a bette doctor patient relationship so that the patient can disclose the difficulties faced by him.
