Information about the child and to use in the introduction - ( Tim was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity. , his name is Tim . He is 4 years old and live with both parents , he is the 2nd child in his  family . Tim as 1 brother and 2 sisters . Tim is consider an hyperactive child because he finds it hard to focus , he is easily distracted , and unable to focus on one thing for too long , have problem focusing, learning new task , organizing , and love to move around alot . He find it hard to get along with others . He has problem completing task including homework , does not process information quickly or accurately and struggle to follow instructions .

(b) state three challenges, the child has demonstrated or possesses.

(c) discuss three potentials of the child selected.

(d) create an activity that will aid in the development of 1 or more of the challenges stated above

(e) discuss possible changes in the behavior of the child after the implementation of the created activity.
