It is better to have reputation of being fair instead of being powerful in my opinion. The fair treatment to the people increases the reputation of the company or any individual as there is no prejudice or biased in the verdicts.Being powerful brings sense of pride and injustice as a company or an individual feels he can take an advantage due to its power or influence. Being powerful is not a sustainable model and generally is short lived but for being fair there is always a goodwill among the masses to follow or retain loyalty to the companies for its logical and fair treatment.
