Views as employees:

• Use of wristband will lead to the exploitation of workers excessively. Employers will keep track of employees and even minutes activities of employees would be supervised.
• It will treat human as robots. Thus, privacy of workers would be compromised.

Views of employers:

• In the era of strong globalization, competitive edge is inevitable to stay in the market. Hence, use of this new technology would help to increase productivities of workers. Rise in productivities would significantly reduce the cost of production.

Privacy Concerns:

• Use of artificial intelligence would cause gross breach of personal privacy. Human shall be treated as robots and exploitation of people would prevail.
• Since world is experiencing jobless growth, hence use of wristband would further exploit employees.
• Use of such technology would help Amazon in short run, but in long run, it may have adverse consequences for amazon.
