b. I was her superior in palliative oncology nursing station.

c. The feedback I was given, was about the electronic medical records of the newly diagnosed patients with cancer post COVID-19 pandemic emergence and subsequent lockdown, and pain assessment in palliative oncology ward. This feedback actually helped me to get idea of perspective of a nursing professional regarding both for improvement of the same.

d. I gave them an encouraging and grateful feedback for highlighting and appreciating the quality of our service, and constructively criticize the drawbacks for improvement of the quality of care. My feedback was useful for them in a few different ways. It actually help them to build a stronger rapport than previous, and also it helped themselves to think and work more to improve the quality of care as well as service.
