This is just few disabilities it may cause. Let's discuss insomnia in detail.
Insomnia:
It is a sleep disorder where one has difficulty in sleeping due to stress, anxiety. This can even lead to depression. Due to no rest to the body, it can lead to irritability, dizziness. Problems like lacking of focus and concentration can also occur. It is a very serious disease if it lasts longer. Sleep is a time where the body is trying to rest and gain balance. The nervous system follows a sleep-wake cycle, when this is not followed the sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive which is responsible for flight/fight, leading to anxious behaviour. The parasympathetic nervous system is less active because it become more active only during sleep which leads to increased blood pressure, increase heart beat Tate etc.
