1.i given support to a patient who is mentally weak regarding his disease condition. He is an old aged person. So I given full psychological support for making him strong.

2. I have given chance for the patient( who have agressive behaviour sometimes) to mingle with other residents to make him more relax, and I assisted him each minute.

3.i made healthy environment by making rooms are clean, ventilated, well arranged. Hazardous equipments were arranged separately. Given guidance for residents how to make their rooms proper.

4.clients dignity and privacy maintained by,make them we'll dressed, giving seperate toilet settings for men and women, doing procedures privately, keeping their secret details confidentially.

5.promoted daily habits, by giving education to them regarding that. Practicing exercise, yoga, group therapy, diet practice, hygienic practices etc.

6.making feel they are safe, by enquiring daily regarding their health, problems needs etc. Provide psychological support.

7.maintaing confidentialty by, should not enclose one's s details to others.

8.i evaluate my duties by seeking feedback from clients.

9.client was asking them to leave from center. But relatives are not willing for that. At that time I was not able for make him convince.
