Human capital accumulation suggests to use the knowledge of human beings to produce something beneficial for the country which will further accelerate the growth of the economy. Identifying the potentials of the country will give the country it's best human resources, whose talent by using will benefit the country.

Hence, nowadays the countries are investing more in the human capital than physical capital. Moreover, investing in human capital will make the worker more knowledgeable, which will further benefit the country by using the individual's potential in the future. By gaining knowledge an individual have a better outlook for the society which will help him to make it a better place to live.

More and more countries are now investing in han capital accumulation. For example Canada has an immigration policy which is based on the game capital accumulation. This means to look ahead for the different immigrants around the world who has skills, this Canada knows in keeping these immigrants in their country will benefit the country as a whole as the immigrants are skilled labourers.

Similarly, by improving the quality of play in professional sports, more efficient and better players than previously will get recruited in the game. This will actually help in improving the quality of the game. As after the countries have started adopting the human capital accumulation by investing in the quality of han beings so the mindset of the people have changed to have a better quality of things rather having more quantity of things. This mentality will choose the people to recruit more quality players in lrofedsiprof sports to hava a better quality of play in the sports. Better quality of play will recruit better players only which will not see from which financial background or ethnicity they have come from. Not seeing the financial background will mitigate the differences between a rich or a poor. Not seeing the ethnicity of the player will reduce the racial discrimination among the people. This will make the world s better place to live in. Moreover, growth wise also people will fight among themselves less due to racial discrimination or financial inequality which will let the wood to invest their time only on their work, which will further help to grow the economy.

This is why only the quality of the play should be considered in the professional sports.
