1) | Date | The date is Shown at the top of the page for any business letter.It indicates when the correspondence was sent and important for future reference. |
2) | Address | The address of the person who receives the letter contains the formal name, street address, city, state and zip code. |
3) | Salutation | The salutation is the formal way of addressing the person. Common salutations are Dear or To Whom It May Concern. |
4) | Introduction | The introduction section introduces the subject of the business letter. The first few sentences of a letter are introductory in nature. |
5) | Body of the Letter | The body of the letter explains in details of all aspects of what is going to communicated oth other party. This will shown main subject matter being shared. |
6) | Closing | The closing of the letter summarizes what the letter was about and any next steps or action items that is going to be taken. It indicates that communication is closing now. |
7) | Signature | This part contains complementary closing. Examples are Respectfully Yours, Very Truly Yours,Sincerely, Warmest Regards, or Cordially Yours. After the complementary closing, left a space for the signature followed by typed name and title of the person sending the letter. |
