Firstly we must understand stoicism, which states that we do good for ourselves by being calm and focus on the important and priority things which are under our control and not to waster time and emotional energy. Being stoic is not being emotionless but accepting the things happening around us and not repenting on things that are not in our control. The unhappiness is caused by thinking of the things that are out of control and disturbing the inner peace and tranquility in a stoic person. The following are the stoic emotions that lead to unhappiness
1.
Anger - Emotion like anger in a stoic person might
be due to any act done intentionally or unintentionally by other
person to disturb the mental peace and calmness. But the actions of
other people are out of control and not in out control of the
outcomes and by getting angry we are letting the peace being
affected in us leading to unhappiness
2.
Fear - Fear is another emotion that is caused by
thinking of the unforeseen or unknown entity or event. The
unforeseen or unknown entity that is causing fear cannot be
controlled by us. Fearful events or things can disturb our inner
