Constructivism involves a learning process where every one is actively involved in constructing knowledge through gaining experience rather than passively receiving it.Globalisation is the integration of economies, industries, markets, cultures & policy ,making around the world. It beings newpotentials for development andwealth creation. It forces to redefine security needs because of interrelated risks force. It provides opportunity to improve human standards.Equality rules runs throughout worldwide. On the other hand it has given rise to concentration and marginalisation phenomena. It has increased the gap between the rich and the poor. The developed countries are the ones much benifited out of the entire process as their was increase in exports and trade. As a result of comparitive advantage MNC's have squeezed the labour and wealth from developing countries. It has lead to growth of terrorism. It can be seen in response from a certain groups of people who were neglected & humiliated for centuries who had wide spread terrorist network which is strenthened with modern technology. It has also lead to massive corruption ,inefficiency,&lack of transparancy in developing. Lastly global climatic change along with extinction of species can be associated with globalisation . Hence ideally globalisation was supposed to provide much stable global security environment but the reality has differs.
