Employees of the public sector have an intention that they are
working for security of themselves along with safety and low work
pressure instead of aiming at earning more profit for the
organisation under government.these employees are subject to the
protection under various constitutional rights. They are secured by
the government laws and these are not applicable for the private
employees.Various amendments in the constitution along with the
federal laws have made it more relaxed for the public sector
employees. Moreover they are also subject to union participation for
security of their rights. They do not face the risks or pressure of
the private sector work culture.
There would be a lot of changes in the public sector services if
the available job protection and other job securities won't be
there. If the employees would face competition and had the fear of
loosing job on not performing well then he or she would attempt for
better trial for work.moreover, public employees have a protective
sense that under no circumstances will they loose their jobs.If
this factor becomes vulnerable, then their faults would be
rectified.comming late to office, going back early, doing minimum
work, would be improved if their rights of job security and
protection are loosened.if this is done, all levels of this sector
would work properly and result in earning profits.
