- Nursing professional should also keep in discipline,give punishment if they are late and also to motivate him if they are punctual to time, give rewards, it stimulate others to follow time punctuality.

- There should be biometric attendance, it is best techniques to monitor time and assess that the employees come or go in proper time or not.He will try to come in proper time and should alert him also if he is so late.
