Additionally, discuss your stand (criticize or defend) regarding the relevance of the Social Security program to the American public.   • Low income groups mostly are white non hispanics stay uninsured and the people of low income groups face barrier in getting health services due to financial consequences.

Social security program benefits retired, disabled individuals, and children and widowed spouses of deceased workers.So people sometimes donot pay social security tax saying that any way after retirement they will get the benefit mandatorily. This results in heavy financial burden to the government.

The programme should have some changes like individuals with sound health and good income should mandatorily pay for social security system.
