Out of any 17 candidates one can fill Position 1 ( day nursing supervisor )
Then among the 16 remaining candidates who are left one can fill Position 2 ( night nursing supervisor )
Then among the 15 remaining candidates who are left one can fill Position 3 ( nursing coordinator )
Number of ways = 17*16*15
