Does ideology and belief systems affect the way decisions are made within agencies such as the FDIC and how the government agencies function?
-- PLEASE PROVIDE A 500 WORD RESPONSE
Ideology and belief systems affect the way decisions are made within agencies and the functioning of government agencies. Insurance is an agency which works on emotions and people's values and beliefs. People decide to invest in insurance based on their ideology and beliefs. Few people consider insurance to be a safe and logical investment option whereas others consider it to be a wasteful expenditure. Thus it completely works on ideology and belief system.
Government agencies also function on the belief of the individual. They touch upon the emotions and belief of the individual and influence the people in the appropriate direction. For eg. government agencies invest in the areas where people have strong beliefs and positive ideology. Americans have strong inclination towards US made products and thus are more positive while investing in American Insurance company or take a loan from American Banks.
