1) Gathering information from actual customers through customer based survey. It must be designed to get information about latent variables.
2) A detail feedback system must be started where vendors or agents must be enabled to suggest important points.
3) The demographic studies should be done to get information about age , gender , income and lifestyles of the people.
4) All the existing customers should be asked to provide experiences and suggestions about the product's utility.
5) Utilizing artificial intelligence and big data will create more chances of business opportunities.
