Leadership roles:

  1. Navigator is mix of delegation and acceptances of orders and ideas. Would work best for new core projects management
  2. Nurturer is truly emphatic towards employees and stakeholders. Would work best to create new culture.
  3. Caretaker is mor eof mentor and guides team in crunch situations majorly. Would work best in merger amd acquisition
  4. Director is true leader who directs big picture and delegates effectively. Would work best in new joint venture organisation
  5. Interpreter is one who takes opinion from teams and strategies from seniors and is good at execution. Woukd work in handling big valued projects.

All the above roles would not work good for change management and people management as mix. In this situation, a collaborator kind of leader is required who can handle different problems with experience and cross functional collaboration and delagtion.

However the best of all is director leadership from above roles mentioned as this resembles ownership and team management effectively.
