Data fraud is often committed by data breaches i.e the theft of personnel and sensitive bank details related details by hacker or unauthorised user, who uses it to commit cyber crimes.

kohlberg theory has been defined in three stages ie

Here right behaviour is defined as it everything is right if it is in their interest. wrongdoer is concerned only about his individual interest .

The fraud triangle and Facebook fraud is also related with third stage that affects the workers to commit fraud. i.e
Rationalization : when the fraud done by the workers are justifiable by them to their internal moral.

Many a times frauders are not seeing them self as criminal and are victim of circumstances.
Rationals are based on certain factors such as need to look after their family or job dissatisfaction from the income earned.
