Answer: Sexual health is one of the major factor of being healthy. There are many sexually transmitted diseases which transmits through the sexual contact with the infected person. People who are sexually active or have relation with multiple people should be very cautious about their sexual health. Because sometimes the sexually transmitted disease symptoms occur so late that the treatment becomes more critical. People should take precautions or barriers while having relation. This is a method through which the risk of disease transmission can be minimised upto certain level. For any of the abnormal condition such as vaginal discharge, itching etc occurs, women should directly consult to the healthcare professionals. Sexually healthy person can live happily but any kind of disease or infection causes mental stress as well as trauma to the patient.

There are many diseases which are transmitted sexually such as gonorrhoea, Chlamydia etc. One of the sexually transmitted disease is the AIDs, which is caused by HIV. This virus destroy the immune system of the body. This is life threatening disease.
