HEALTH
- Health is defined as the state which is free from illness or
injury.
- Health is also defined as the state of complete physcial
,mental and social well-being.
- Health is a resource of everyday life and positive concept
which emphasize on physical resource,social resource and personal
resource.
- There are may healthcare sector are available in worldwide to
better the health system of human beings as well as animals.
- There are two types of health one is MENTAL
HEALTH and another is PHYSICAL
HEALTH.
Physical Health:
- Physical health is defined as the health of a complete physical
body system.For better the physical health we have to exercise
regularly with balane nutrition and adequate rest.
- When necessary there should be taken a medical treatment for
good health
- For good physical health we have to obey some basic points such
as Avoid the use of alcohol and tobacco,In workplace minimizing
Hazard,when travelling to another country we have to take some
vaccine after consult a doctor.
Mental Health:
- Mental health is defined as the improving of overall quality of
life.
- To improve the quality of life we have to enjoy life,balance
different elements of life,feel secure etc.
- Depression is a mental illness which can affect the overall
function of body.So for maintaining a good mental health we have to
avoid depression.
Factors For Good health :
- Environmental factor:A good Environment affect
the body health very much.Environment consist of where the person
lives,Income of the person, level of Education of a person,the
state of surrounding environment etc.
- Genetic factor:Genetics factor also a very
important factor for health. For better the health system people
may inherient gens from their parents which increase the risk of
certain health system.
IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH:
- We know that cell is the central nerve system of our body.It is
a fundamental unit of living organisms.Cell are made up of variety
of chemical substance.
- There are also many types of activities in our body system such
as kideny filters the urine,heat pump blood ,lungs help in
breathing etc.For all these activities we have to need energy and
raw materials which is produce from the food which is necessary for
cell and tissue functioning.
- For improving individual health we have to regular exercise for
mental and physical activities which is very important for a good
health.
- There are many different types of health organisms which
depends upon their surroundings and environment.So for our
indivisual health system social environment is the most important
factor.
- A clean society or a clean environment also important for good
health for indivisual.So we have to clear and clean the garbbage
regularly.
- Good economy condition also important for indivisual
health.

society.So maintain equality in society.
