The primary components in u.s health care system includes financing , insurance ,delivery, and payment. financing include pay for health care services.insurance includes protection to insured aganist catastropic risks when needing expensive health care services.Delivery refers to provision of health care services by various providers include physicans ,dentists ,nurses etc.payment includes remuneration to providers for service provided.

major stake holders in the u.s health care system includes the role of goverment ,role of providers , role of payers who make sure financial resources are used accordingly ,role of employers responsible for proper working of the system , role of patients towards ethical obligation towards their health.

According to current scenario goverment exert the major influence over the delivery of health care.As government has supreme authority and moral obligation ,responsibility towards its citizens to enhance the health care market so there is a need for partnerships to be developed between state ,local goverment and private sector.government should taught people importance of living a healthy mind and should ensure the providers are service minded rather than buisness minded.

It is always positive to be influential and has a control over the health delivery system to ensure the quality of service provided and reduce corruption in the system. in health care system changing the balance of power is less influential as the primary motto of all influencers are the well being of their citizens to an extend.a country's development is always depend upon the progress and mental health of its citizens.thank you
