Consider this scenario:
I am the owner of a burger store and I want to expand my business.
I need to prepare a human resource management plan to show an overview of my human resource management system.
This plan is the bigger picture that shows the synergy between all my human resource management functions.
I need to do to an overview on how important my employees (chef, waiters, restaurant manager) are in making or breaking my business expansion.
Please provide me with an appropriate answer on how to show the synergy between all my HRM functions (Recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal) in my expansion plan.

1 Recruitment- Recruitment team should know and make exact perameters before advertising the vacancies in the market and should also make criteria which includes exact job profile, people skills, teamship, peak season handling mental capabilities and an idea about liking and disliking of customers, i.e. how they should be served, etc and after considering above criteria if nil fulfilled 100% percent, must be fulfilled at 75% in order to shortlist any xandicand for an interview
2 Selection- Selection team should know the criteria basis which shortlisting of candidates were done and accordingly should conduct interviews and then finally should select any candidate since this synergy will ensure that right kind of candidate/candidates with given perameters is/are selected.
3 Training- Training plays very important role in order to sustain and grow the business and for increasing the skills of the employees.
For training needs HR(Human Resource Team) should make one questionnaire and ask the employees what trainings they need as well as company should take help of any outside company for what type of training will be best for the hotel/restaurant industry which is relevant for their burger business and how to grow it further, since it will help the employees to grow professionally and in turn will help the company to grow and this is the best policy to keep employee engaged with company for the longer period.
4 Performance Appraisal- This is the strategy which should continuous and should not be done at the end of year by the Human Resource Department with the help of managers/team leaders for respective sections/departments. And every good work done effectively and how it contributed in terms of profit and growth of the company.
Apart from profitability and growth, people skills , teamship, peakseason performance as well as tenure of an employee in the company should also be rewarded and employees feedback about the company and how they were treated and engaged in the company and how they should be treated and engaged in the company and what they expect from the company.
A good synergy between different HRM functions(Recruitment, Selection, Training, Performance appraisal) is very necessary engage employees in the company and make company grow in terms of business and branches.
