To waiter

  1. Waiter provide hygienic service to the customers
  2. The waiter will be able to do administrative activities of the restaurant effectively and efficiently.
  3. To satisfy the customers at their maximum level
  4. To retain the old customers
  5. The waiter will be able to arrange activities of the restaurant efficiently.

To Assistant Manager

  1. Increase in his leadership skills
  2. Provide valuable supervisory
  3. Increase his skills in resolving customer and restaurant problems.
  4. Increase his multitasking ability
  5. Increase his skills of sales employee development and customer service to maximize the profit of restaurant.

Role of training in the business expansion:

First of all, training will enhance the skill of your employees. The work will be done more efficiently by the employees. The cost of the firm will tend to reduce. The profit of firm will increase. Efficient employees make the customers more satisfy and able to retain them. This will also increase the level of new customers and over time the business will grow at a rapid pace. This is how the training plays a role in business expansion.
