Awareness about Hypertension may help the Individual to control and manage the disease condition and to prevent late complications . In service Education of the employees regarding Chronic health condition , especially Hypertension may help them to apply the knowledge in their and their family members life and also they can teach patients about the importance of controlling Hypertension. Through Education one can understand that , other than heriditary, life style factors are playing a major role in developing Hypertension, such as increased fat intake in diet ( Hypercholostrolemia), Physical inactivity, smoking and alcoholism, Junk food consumptions etc . Hypertension, if it is untreated and uncontrolled, may lead to life threatening conditions such as Heart attack and stroke.
