To become a professional nurse a person must maintain adequate credentials, follows the code of ethics,standards competencies, continue professional development and education.
A person has to either earn an ADN or a Bachelor of science in nursing to become a registered professional nurse and pass the NCLEX-RN after graduation to become a licensed RN.
