The most misunderstood word in this world is 'Genius'.Because this word is defined by inappropriate characteristics some may be correct but some are not.People always to try to measure the quality 'genius' with the short term results. But the work behind the success is often forgot. If a person fails automatically most of the figure that person as a failure. But no one try to find the effort that person put to reach upto that level. In this novel there is different perspective of the word genius.

Genius or success is measured by using the yardstick perserverance and hardwork.Perservance always helps to learn from failures and hardwork gives strength put 100 percentage effort. When both perservance and hardwork meets definitely success will follow. Both these qualities are emerged by dream or vision about success.APJ Abdul Kalam Sir quoted A dream is not the one we saw in sleep but the one makes us not to sleep. So dream, dream and dream in the right manner. That gives more GRIT:Courage.

In the context of management career and even in life this principle is most important because failure is not the end of the life its just beginning of success.Learn from the mistakes surely helps to reach one more step closer to our goals.First of all we should aware slowness is not failure,Failures are not bad. Both can be stepping stone to success.Identify the right and perfect goal in career also in life.Don't thing about the results,Just think about goal.Do and Do it again. Then definetely one day success will come in to our life.Be brave and go ahead with a purpose.
