By reducing cardiovascular morbidity and mortality hospital will aim at Early Detection and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes which will reduce the workload of the hospital staff as they would be able to attend to other infectious communicable disease. The cost on the economy for cardiovascular death will decrease and can help divert the funds to better usage. The life saved could be extra boost to the economy. This will increase the awareness of healthy lifestyle. Some downside could be weaking of the department catering to this group which could cause loss of some jobs. For undergoing some transformation in this regard would require extra manpower and resourcs which could add up the bill of the hospital.

By improving the inpatient care for acute and chronic conditions it will increase the general well being of the people and will foster increased positive response from the community. It will aid to the economy as the patients could join the workforce. If the patients are small children it could very well save their future and of the community. Some downside could be increased expenditure of the hospital in this regard, diversion of the funds to meet the target and others.
