EEOC claims and complaints are raised when there is any kind of discrimination in the process, of recruitment, wage determination, firing of workers and unequal treatment among the employees among the other reasons. To avoid EEOC claims and complaints, the suggestions are as follows:

1. Monitoring the ongoing  hiring process, wage determination process and layoff decisions in terms of finding any scope or pattern of discrimination that can be raised by the employees in the EEOC. If it is the case, then discrimination must be stopped and necessary measures should be taken to prevent the any kind of discrimination.

2. To make strict compliance with the guidelines of EEOC, labor laws, equal wage laws and other regulations that can develop fair process and prevent discrimination. It also builds a good reputation of the organization that helps avoid cases and complaints against them in the EEOC.

3. Make employee friendly policies and try to make them happier so that  organization works to offer more than what is prescribed by these agencies.

4. Most of the complaints come due to discrimination in hiring process. So, focus should be to hire people only on the basis of eligibility, skills and qualification to do the job. There should be preventive measures so that hiring decisions are not affected by race, ethnicity, sex, age, religion or any other non-required background.

The above suggestions will help organization avoid claims and complaints in EEOC.
