I am working as Financial Analyst. My job profile involves financial analysis of financial statements and preparing profit and loss and balance sheets of clients, processing the invpices, working on financial softwares and excel spreadsheets, applying complex formulas for simplifying tasks etc. The abilities required are number crunching skills, accuracy, speed, timely preparation of the financial reports, communicating with clients and customers to solve their queries politely and perfectly. Cognitive ability is defined as a general mental capability involving reasoning, problem solving, planning, abstract thinking, complex idea comprehension, and learning from experience. In my present job most of these abilities are being used. I have to use my brain to figure out the reasons for declune in the income of clients. I have to solve the problems related to clients and also figure out why their expenditure is increasing. I have to plan in advance my entire day schedule so that I can focus on priority tasks and complete them on time. I have to visualize the problems faced by customers and clients related to their finances and provide them a feasible solution.

I will love to become the Head of Central Bank one day. This is my dream job. I will love to formulate and develop economic and financial strategies required to make the economy better as per the prevailing economic conditions. For this job I will have to gain more knowledge about formulation of economic policies working on banking sector and steps essential for economic growth. For this, the abilities and skills required will relate to being sharp minded, focus , problem solver, a proper understanding of economic and banking system which requires lot of listening and reading skills. This will require skills like logic and reasoning, good memory, analytical skills and skills to learn from others. Yes I am confident of these skills. I may not possess all of these skills right now but slowly with time I am gaining these skills and very much positive that one day I will achieve my goal and provide fruitful services for the betterment of my country.
