Telehealth is the delivery of health to the patients using the state-of -the art technologies using information and communications technology.There are mainly two modes of tele health Synchronous and Asynchronous .In Synchronous type the participants are interacting with the health care staff through video interactions and as per the scheduled time.But in Asynchronous the patients sends messages to the medical staff which is stored and later viewed by them and it is flexible.

1.Anne had relatively had a very good experience with telehealth services and she says it was quite easy to use .She adds that it is really a time saver as you dont require additional time to visit the doctor at the hospital.

2.Antony also had similar experiences and he says its hazzle free and he doesnt need to wait in the long que before the pharmacy as the prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy.

3.Mak said that the experience he got from using telehealth was remarkable as he was able to log on at a desirable time slot that worked for him during busy office hours.
