All that is law must consist of a right to which a duty is owed.
In other words, law is composed only of rights and duties.

Yes it is same for a crime as for the contractual law suit.According to this law suit the parties must enter into the agreement knowingly and without being persuaded.
In order for the contract to be valid,each party must consent to the outcome of the contract as stated in the document and if denied they will be charged with penalty.
