In other words, law is composed only of rights and duties.

1. This means that law is a system that regulates and ensures that the individuals or a community will follow the rules of the state.
2. In hospitals there are Rights of safety and work health but there has been to work and safety law in Queens land where the workers are exposed to risk of noise.steps are not taken to avoid risky situations and the senior officers negligence caused the death of a worker.
3. All the citizens respective of their caste status have rights.everyone has right to life., liberty and security.
4. All the representatives of a country are accountable to the people of the nation.They have the duty of regulating the rules and regulations of the country Eg.chief minister,minister doctors etc.
5. Rights and duties are connected in specific because there can be duty unless there is someone to whom it is due.similarly there can be no right unless there is someone whom it is claimed.

Yes it is same for a crime as for the contractual law suit.According to this law suit the parties must enter into the agreement knowingly and without being persuaded.

In order for the contract to be valid,each party must consent to the outcome of the contract as stated in the document and if denied they will be charged with penalty.
