The Palestinian procurement law defines 3 types of contracts and their financial ceiling As given below :-

1) Service Contracts

2) Supply Contracts

3)Work Contracts

Note : No specific definition of the nature of these contracts are given within the act .( Only the heads and subheads for each type of contract is mentioned)

The financial ceiling for each of the contract is given below:-

1) Article 53 - Service Contracts :-

a) Competitive negotiated procedure without Publication- >60000€ <100000€

b) International restricted tender- 300000€

2) Article 54- Supply Contracts :-

a) Competitive negotiated procedure without Publication-

>60000€ <100000€

b) Open tender procedure published in the program area - 100000€ < 300000

c) International open tender - 300000€

3) Article 55 - Work contracts:-

a) Competitive negotiated procedure without Publication - 60000€ <300000€

b) Open tender procedure published in the program area - 3000005000000€

c) International open tender - 5000000€
