Cost of goods manufactured is total cost of production. The cost of goods manufactured is the cost of all goods completed completed during the period. The cost of goods manufactured is total manufacturing cost i.e., direct material, direct labour and factory overhead. After that add beginning work in process inventory and subtracting ending work in process inventory.
