The trend of increasing retirements of babyboomer generation and lack of competent new talent: Not only in the healthcare organizations but several industries are facing the problem of lacking skilled young employees to replace the retired employees. Retaining the experienced output provided by the senior workers by employing the same number of new staff is a major challenge that affects healthcare industry. On the other and, new diseases are emerging along with an increase in the lifetime of the individuals, which also increase the demand for healthcare services.
These problems can be solved by increasing the medical facilities accordingly and by upgrading the staff available. The manual workload can be reduced by implementing certain technical systems, thus, the long-term facilities can succeed in the future by addressing the demands.
