A brief description about the product:

The product that has been chosen is a facial cream. This type of cream can be used by girls of all age groups. The product has all herbal ingredients in it, which will make the face look fresh and shiny when applied even when exposed to hot sun. since the product comprises of all herbal ingredients, there will not be any side effects and the user can apply it on her face to make them look good.

The price of the product is also very economical that people in all income groups can afford to purchase them. The product can be applied on the face after wash for best results. No one needs to carry their make-up kit to their place of travelling as carrying this product alone is quite sufficient for them.

A profile of target users:

The target users for this product would be girls of all ages particularly college going students, working professionals etc. it is particularly useful for working professionals like who are involved in marketing based jobs or who needs to travel frequently can use this product to make them look good and fresh always. They can avoid carrying their make-up kit and this cream can also be used as a replacement for soaps

Working ladies can easily put this in their hand bag or even in their wallet as it doesn’t occupy much space and can feel fresh in case of any sudden meetings, parties in the office etc.

Requirement of data from customers:

  • The salary ranges of the customers- this will help in pricing the product accordingly.
  • Age group – this defines in which age group the customers will be and the majority users.
  • Channel of purchase – this is important to know in order to decide the channel of marketing whether majority through online stores, social media etc.
  • Behavior – this is also required to decide if the customer would like to go for any discounts, buy one get one offer etc.
  • Location – whether prospective customers are available in metro places or any other areas to decide on marketing and create awareness of the product.
