3)The supreme court ruling allows a person to create a" living will" which permits medical professionals to end his life when her reaches a point of No return. Supreme Court recently upheld that the fundamental right to a meaningful existence includes a person choice to die without suffering.
4)The palliative care is an active , compassionate and creative care for the dying.
Right to life : it is the duty of the state to protect life and the physician's duty to provide care and not harm patient.
5) In India right to life is a natural right embodied in Article 21 but suicide is an unnature termination or extinction of life.
