4Cs of marketing are Customer/consumer value, Cost, Convenience, and Communication. They enable companies to enable customer first approach for their business.

1. In my opinion, company which represents 4Cs well can be Netflix, because they always make effort to give the consumers the best of the contents to watch at very reasonable price along with accounts sharing options. Their user interface of app is quite smooth with options of streaming based upon network strenght.

2. However, I believe Apple is not the company which can be regarded as following the 4Cs strategy in a good way. In a recent time, they have failed to match consumers expecations, launching products very similar to the previous ones and the new ones at sky rocket prices does not suit well with low income segment. Recent reports of battery downgrading also suggests that they dont keep consumers first as their priority.

3. I shall recommend Apple to launch more consumer centric products with affordable rates for not just in USA but also for consumers in market like India where they can have huge market opportunities, I would also like to see a revamp of their customer care centers.
