time.
(v) HOME HEALTH CARE:-
- It is a wide range of health care services that can be given in
your home for an illness.
-it is usually less expensive, more convenient, and effective.
(vi) HOSPICE:-
-It is a specialized type of care for those facing a life-limiting
illness or terminally ill patient's their families and their
caregivers.
-It fulfill the patient's physical, emotional, social and spiritual
needs.
(vii) MENTAL HEALTH:-
- It includes emotional, psychological, and social well-
being.
- It affects how we think, feel, and act.
- It is an absence of mental illness.
(viii) PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD:-
-It is an electronic or paper health record maintained and updated
by an individual for himself.
-It is an tool that individuals can use to collect, track, and
share current/past information about their health.
