Besides these measure speech and language problem and stuttering are some of the other things to be examined closer.Communication is a complex process and communicative competence may vary accross time ,settings and communication partners .Therefore eligibility for speech and language services should be determined based on information gathered about any students strengths and weakness overtime and from many sources.No child should be should be considered eligible for speech and language services solely on basis of standardized test results.

Stuttering is generally not a problem with physical production of speech sounds or putting thoughts into words.This disorder is variable and in certain situations it can become more severe or less .Basic skills an classic learning tests can be helful to people who have this problem.A simple approach from people or teaching staff might be helful to children who stutter.Social and economic skills must be helpful in all the ways where they can develop their communication in a much better way.
