_Long hours of working and caring for critically ill patients are the factors that leads the nurse burnout.It is the big problem for the caregivers.Nurses have to take care of themselves first then only they can provide care for the patients.Burnout can be occure when physically tired,losing interest in things normaly enjoying for doing,lack of motivation,and negative emotions.It may leads to stress and distress.

_To minimize the burnout can use the teqniques like 1)Stop and breathing,While doing the work,nusre can take deep breath to relax for sometime,it will provide some comfort and relief.2)Engage in healthy activities,like yoga exercises in free time of life it will provide physical and mental health.3)Seek support;While doing the work ,if there is lots of activities for doing take help from others it will help to decrease the work load.4) Practice gratitude: appreciate the things in life which happened in life it will bring happiness.5)Fix a time for each work,it will help to adjust the time and will get time for taking rest.Take short break during the work it will help to relax body and mind.Try yoga.

-By doing these activities can reduce the stress and burnout.These all will help to provide a better care for the patient and themselves.A healthy person can only provide better care for the patients.Also some activities can be arrange for recreation these will help to reduce the stress.All over good practice can minimize the nurses burnout.
