1- In my opinion, I would incentivize physicians to provide better quality care and to reduce, total health care expenditure on their patients as -

• Educating physicians and medical professionals to engage in quality improvement and making them aware of the state of health care and general health of the citizens across the economy. This would lead to better documentation, coding, billing & reimbursement practices.
• Encouraging physicians to make use of the latest technology like data analytics for better administrative tasks and reducing administrative costs to the patients.
• Incentivising physicians to use Artificial intelligence for efficient and quick detection of diseases and better operations.
• Incentivising physicians to build research and medical laboratory in order to explore and gain information on new drugs and diseases.

2 - I would incentivize patients to accept effective health care, and to avoid ineffective health care as -

• Pushing the citizens of the economy to take an indemnity health insurance plan, making it compulsory to obtain health care policy for reducing health care costs and accessing world-class facilities for medical care.
• For the people of weak financial status, implementing a compulsory health care program with a fixed cover.
• Engagement in promotional activities about awareness of health, lifestyle, and diseases.
• Banning of harmful chemicals from food and adulteration from food.
