Duration and Time Commitment |
The Team has been commissioned to work together for six months. The daily efforts will be an average of 50% of the team members' time, apart from their official duties.

End Goal |
The Team will identify the areas in the employees' experience and skills that need improvement. Techniques that are helpful to the dynamics in the markets will be administered to the employees to ensure they are well-equipped with the required knowledge and skills to offer competent services to the organization. A 95% improvement in the employees' competence is expected at the end of the training and development programs |
Supporting Resources |
The first supporting resource is team members who are open to new ideas and support from the organizational management. The Team will require access to the employees' background information, employee records from all the departments, a boardroom as a working space, a travel budget for the Team to benchmark from other organizations, and external training and development programs, specialists.

Reporting |
The team leader will be responsible for reporting weekly to the executives regarding the employees' participation in the implemented programs, availability of the supporting resources, and the training process progress. A monthly leadership review will be held to determine the program's progress, in line with the initial objective.
