the group but also reduce the quality of care and increase the
issues. racial minorities affected by many issues like
socioeconomic status, health behavior, environmental factors,
discrimination, lack of insurance make barriers to health care
access. Diversity makes insufficient funds, lack of transportation,
and cost of service. it makes it crucial for nurses to provide
equal and quality care.
the major challenges that nurses face when providing care for the
vulnerable patient include low-quality care due to poor access to
basic health care at affordable cost, lack of health insurance for
the particular treatment approaches to preventive care. vulnerable
patient living with long term conditions need to improve their
health, culturally and environmentally challenges, low education,
lack of knowledge, poor social-economic, reinsurance increase the
vulnerable patient disease burden and lack with quality care,
ethical dilemmas arise due to strong social issues that cause
disrespect and lacks safety, uniqueness of vulnerable patient. when
the vulnerable groups with critically ill nurses struggle with
ethical challenges in providing patient care for doing right or
