1) Describe the pros and cons between BJT the Voltage divider Bias, Emitter Bias, Collector Feedback Bias.

2) Compare the Voutput and current characteristics between BJT Early Effect, Fet Channel. And cause of that two.

1)

voltage divider bias:

it's advantage is that it can incorporate more then one kind of voltage divider.

it's disadvantage is , that the signal gets mixed up at times.

Emitter bias:

advantage :we get much less distortion in the output,higher bias point stability

disadvantage : we get reduced gain

Collector feedback bias:

advantage :the circuit is very simple because it only require one resistor.calculations are easy. there is no loding effect in the input terminal

disadvantage:the heating effect in the circuit is a lot.

2) BJT early effect: early effect is variation in the width of base, which is due to a variation in applied base-to-collector voltage. usually the width of the base is reduced, and because of that there is lesser chance of recombination, and the charge gradiant is increased across the base so current of minority charge carriers increase.these factors increase the output current (collector current) when collector voltage is increased.

Fet channel characteristics : in these transistors, we have more ouptput current compared to bjt.
